Cooked in banana leaves, in a black sauce made from charred black chili peppers, with mozzarella cheese. Served with hatch green salsa

Chile Relleno
Roasted poblano peppers and onions in a creamy cheesy sauce. Served with hot tomato salsa

Kale
Kale and spinach cooked with garlic, onions, and a special blend of cheeses. Served with Chile de arbol salsa

Gravy Chicken
Shredded chicken in a white gravy with subtle mayan spices, and a hint of capers and raisins (cheese free). Served with hot tomato salsa

Mushroom
